Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using Restyld, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may sign in using email, Apple, or Google.

Restyld is an AI styling assistant that helps you organize your wardrobe and decide what to wear. Styling feedback and recommendations are generated by AI and provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

• Free trial. New users may receive a limited-time free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial.
• Free tier. After the trial, a free tier with a limited number of daily uses remains available.
• Paid subscriptions. Paid plans (for example, monthly and annual options, including any introductory pricing) unlock additional usage. Current pricing is shown in the App before you purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law.

• App license. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. The App is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except to the extent these Terms provide otherwise.
• Your content. You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your photos and closet items. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the App’s features to you (for example, generating styling analysis), as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to use it.

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• misuse, resell, or attempt to circumvent usage limits of the App.

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Restyld and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restyld and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
